Jennifer’s goal is to continue her career path by growing and advancing at GHMI while achieving excellence in the brands and guest experience. She aspires to become a Regional Manager. Jennifer is passionate about customer service and has experience in the operations of restaurant, taproom, brewery, property management, facility management, vacation rental cleaning, and hotel management. She has received an ABCD(Above and Beyond the Call of Duty) Award for customer service and a Silver Circle Award for TownePlace Suites. Jennifer lives in Tennessee on 10 acres and enjoys living “off the grid”. She has been with Gibson Hotel Management for over 2.5 years and looks forward to growth in her career.
