Project Management

GHMI provides a proven track record of effective, cost-efficient systems for hotel and restaurant project management and the development of new properties or repositioned hotels ... from initial design through critical paths to move-in coordination. We offer professional expertise in planning and layout of a new build project, without the requirement for costly outside consultants. If you require additional consultation services, our expertise and existing partnerships with industry experts will serve to keep this expense at a minimum.

Whether a new build or the conversion of an existing property, GHMI provides forecasting for future performance and works "boots on the ground" with property owners and managers from project conception design through the daily operation of properties.

Involved on a daily basis with each individual hotel property, our Regional Directors of Operations set the play book for success. They, our Revenue Management and Sales and Marketing teams work with property General Managers and liaise with the local owners, lenders, and the hotel brand to plot strategy, monitor performance, foster continuous improvement and ensure overall profitability and brand compliance.

Strategic Asset Management

Gibson Hotel Management, Inc. property services personnel oversee all areas of FF&E, routine and long term maintenance, energy management and energy efficiency reviews.  To maximize safety and minimize risk, Gibson Hotel Management, Inc. puts a comprehensive Risk Management program in place at every property we manage. The program includes annual audits by our Facility Director or third party engineering technician, insurance carriers, and corporate personnel at each hotel that we manage. In addition, local management develops a risk manual for their facility, performs regular self-audits, and participates in safety training programs.
