Heath Robinson
Regional Director of Operations
As Regional Director of Operations, Heath provides leadership to General Managers to
drive exceptional results through a people-oriented culture. He supports many properties
in Gibson Hotel Management’s portfolio which include Marriott, IHG, Hilton, and
Wyndham properties.
Heath’s journey in hospitality began in restaurant management with Marriott in
Pennsylvania. He moved to Oregon and got into sales with IHG before becoming a
successful general manager in Georgia. Heath’s experiences being a general manager
propelled him to elevated responsibilities and developed his leadership skills. He has
been with Gibson Hotel Management since 2021.
Heath currently resides in Johnson City, Tennessee, with his wife and three children.
He enjoys most anything outdoors and living an active adventurous lifestyle.
