Constance Coffman
Regional Director of Sales
Constance started her hospitality career early at The Sheraton Hotel in Chattanooga, TN. She worked in the dining room as a waitress, and as a server in banquet events. She earned her Business Management degree from Chattanooga State, and has been involved in business to business sales in the Chattanooga area since 1995.
Prior to joining M Gibson Hotel management, she was an Area Sales Executive with Marriott International. Constance worked collaboratively with the Sales Office, Revenue Management, and Stakeholders to identify hotel strategies, and grow business in areas of special corporate, groups, and social events. She enjoys meeting new people, and participates in community business networking events, promoting awareness, building successful relationships, and utilizing creative selling to uncover new business.
In her spare time, Constance enjoys volunteering, and has been involved with The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce for 30 years. On the weekends, you can find her on the golf course with her husband, Billy. She enjoys attending Chattanooga Lookouts baseball games, sewing & crafts, listening to music, and reading. Her family enjoys visiting local Chattanooga attractions, and music events.
