Vanessa Colpaart

Vanessa’s passion for sales began early, from childhood lemonade stands to owning a hotel in her early twenties. Her background in massage therapy left her with a mastery in building trust and rapport. After a break to raise her two children, Vanessa returned to the workforce in property management, quickly excelling as a leasing agent and earning a nomination for Northern Nevada’s Leasing Agent of the Year in 2020. She advanced to Leasing Manager for a 462-unit property and earned her real estate license the same year. Now based in East Tennessee, with her children and partner Daniel, she has held sales leadership roles with LBA Hospitality and Gibson Hotel Management. Vanessa currently serves as Area Director of Sales. A devoted mother, skier, golfer, and woman of faith, Vanessa leads with integrity and lives by the Golden Rule.
